Why are you not blaming the father? He is an adult, a married man, and a father.  12 years old kids are easily influenced/persuaded, they don't know the rights vs. the wrongs yet.  Same reason you don't give a guy to a kid to shoot.  Don't blame the kid.

wrong.  It's the parents' responsibility to teach their kids moral and ethical values.  The step father is to blame.  (see my comments above)

This woman's fault is finding another bad husband, and neglecting her role as a mother.
