Including expenses, Twitter lost 20 cents a share. Analysts expected a loss of 27 cents a share, according to Thomson Reuters.
As for the company's stalled user growth: Twitter said it had 320 million monthly active users in the third quarter. Excluding "fast followers" who are SMS users, Twitter had 307 million monthly active users. Both figures were below consensus. |
