最近迷上了做菜，基本抛弃了追文（只追二本而已）。
这是昨天带去朋友家的Appitizer， 超好做有好吃。
8 oz smoked salmon
4 oz cream cheese
1 tb prepared horseradish
10 mini cucumbers
salt and pepper
Fresh chives
1. Blend salmon, cream cheese and horseradish , salt and pepper until smooth
2 slice cucumber to 1 inch, using a melon baller to scoop out inside, leave the bottom
3. tranfer salmon cream cheese mix to a piping bag, pipe the mix into the cucumber cup, sprinkle with the chives.
