D.C. Cherry Blossoms Begin to Bloom

Spring lovers are getting an extra treat this year. Early warm temperatures have helped trees in many areas bloom a little earlier. That includes the beautiful cherry trees along the Tidal Basin in Washington D.C. This year the National Cherry Blossom Festival is celebrating 100 years of the gift of trees.
