It is rugged and dramatic, stretching from Eastern Oakville to Atlas Peak, and climbs all the way to 1,700 feet above the valley floor. Winemaker Notes:
"The combination of cool nights and long, warm days allow the Cabernet grapes from Stagecoach Vineyard to enjoy extended hang time and develop more concentrated flavors. Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit was cluster sorted by hand, sent to the de-stemmer then lightly crushed. "Our 2006 vintage celebrates the unique attributes of fruit harvested from Stagecoach Vineyard. Deep garnet in color, our medium to full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has beautifully integrated flavors of wild blackberries, currants, and ripe plums with hints of bittersweet chocolate.
